If a product from us does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery.

In order to protect and maintain the beauty of our products over the long term, please avoid any contact with oil- or alcohol-based substances such as cosmetics, perfumes or disinfectants when trying them on.

Our customer service is happy to answer any questions you may have. Please note that personalized products are made especially for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.

For an exchange/cancellation, simply fill out the enclosed return slip and put it in the return package. The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by the regulations listed.

As soon as we have received the package, we will either refund you the invoice amount (without shipping costs) or we will send you the item again in your desired size.
